Rob Winter BSc (Eng), MBA, CEng, MCIPS, MIMechE,

Rob Winter is a chartered engineer with over 25 years business experience in Asia. He has worked for both large and small companies developing their Asian business infrastucture, procurement strategies, human reasources and business capability. He has held senior positions in procurement, general management, finance and operations and delivered countless strategy seminars and training courses. He has industry experience in the Semiconductor, Oil & Gas, Medical, Construction and Manufacturing sectors. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS) and a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CEng).

Ramon Archer FCPA HKICPA NZICA BCom,

Ramon Archer is a chartered accountant and finance professional with wide operational business experience gained through 30 years in Asia. This ranges from trouble shooting, consulting and training for major MNCs. He rose to CEO level for a retail division of a major British MNC in China and Hong Kong. He is an experienced Negotiation Skills trainer and coach. He has extensive business and audit experience in both Multinational and Asian companies. Ramon is a Fellow CPA member of the HKICPA and a CA member of the NZICA.

Fiona Man HKICPA BA (Accounting)

Fiona Man is a professional accountant with over 15 years experience managing the accounting systems, payables, receivables and employment administration for multiple clients in Hong Kong who's operations do not justify a full time finance team. She speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Allen Yeung

Allen Yeung is a company secretary and incorporations specialist with over 20 years forming and administering companies in Hong Kong. He speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Chantelle Qian BA Commerce

Chantelle Qian has an international trade and logistics background.
She is Tri-lingual in Mandarin, Japanese and English and has over 20 years experience in setting up and operating sales offices in China.

William Stockley BA Business

William Stockley has a background in general management, country management and strategic planning with over 30 years management experience in the pharmaceutical industry in emerging markets in Asia and Eastern Europe.

Yang Qidong BA

Yang Qidong is an incorporation specialist with over 15 years experience forming companies in Peoples Republic of China. He speaks fluent Mandarin and English.

Qian Guang Lin is a professional engineer with background in Foreign Inward Investment through his work as a Government official in the Chinese Foreign Trade Promotion Department.
